DEFINITIONS

"We", "us", "our" are defined as Elle's Bells and it's staff.  "You" is defined as the user of www.ellesbells.co.uk

CONDITIONS OF USE

By accessing Elle's Bells, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.  You should not use this website if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions.  We reserve the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions without notification.

PRICE OF GOODS

All pricing detailed on the site is deemed to be correct.  We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or of the manufacturer increasing their prices.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

All goods and services ordered and purchased through Elle's Bells are subject to the following  Terms and Conditions.

  • No goods or services shall be commenced until a deposit has been received and cleared.  No orders will be dispatched or delivered until full payment has been received and cleared.  All products remain the property of Elle's Bells until full payment has been received and cleared.
  • Once goods have been received and signed for, all risk of damage to or loss shall be with you.
  • We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, which provides you with a seven day "cooling off" period after the order is received during which time you are able to cancel or return the full or part order.  However, this only applies to goods which are returned unopened in their original packaging and are unused.  The following exceptions apply.
  • personalised items, including but not limited to stationery, favors and engraved products.
  • Perishable products including but not limited to favor fillings and chocolates.

 

  •  Customers are liable for return postal charges and we have the right to charge for collection of cancelled orders which have not been returned. 
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms and conditions stated above.

PRODUCTION OF ORDER

  • As each item is indvidually handmade, slight variations may occur between items.  We shall endeavour to keep things as uniform as possible. 
  • Upon receipt of your order form and deposit, intial proofs will be sent out for your approval.
